Primordial Soul's Rebirth

CHAPTER 376 - We Agree.

Teleportation—something simple for those who know the way and hard for those who have never tried it.

Teleportation is said to be one of the base abilities for space mages, but mastering it or just learning it alone was one of the hardest things to do.

One needed to remember the space coordinate—something only those with space affinity could see—of the spot they wanted to teleport to, while also knowing how to travel within the space.

Teleportation was of two different kinds, one where the user will have to break their body into particles so small that one wouldn't be able to see before shooting those particles toward the point they want by accelerating those particles at an impossible speed.

This one was a bit complex and time-consuming, but easier and less mana-consuming once mastered.

The second one was what people normally do: shift their surroundings and travel from one point to another by jumping into the space dimension or a different place where space is messed up in the flow. In there, they anchor the coordinate they want to reach, making it easier for them to get there.

This one took more time—from the user's perspective—as the user would have to jump into the space dimension, along with other people if he had company, and then let themselves flow through the dimension.

For anyone other than the user, it would be like they passed through something or something had washed over them, as they would never be able to see the space dimension, but for the user, it would not be.

Overall, teleportation was a tough skill to master, even if it was one of the skills that almost every space magician is supposed to have.

But that was for normal people, not Alex.

Alex had a secret mission that no one knew about; he himself didn't know about it—going against the norm.

Selina's shock was not uncalled for, though; her shock was justified as she knew that not even a month ago, when the ball was conducted, Alex was a complete newbie to space elements who had somehow learned short-distance shifts.

Now, however, he had just used teleportation, that too, without having a single sequence messed up, something that took her a whole month to get to.

And just to be clear, Selina was also a genius of the space element—never seen before type of genius.

'H-He mastered teleportation in less than a month?'

She knew that he had a monstrous space affinity, but how did he learn teleportation without someone telling him where to go?

But just then, an image of Azaroth flashed past her mind, causing her to raise a brow and relax.

'He must've asked Master about it.'

This was more believable to her, as she knew that Alex could learn teleportation within a week if he knew how to do it.

What would she think if she knew that it took no more than two tries for Alex to master teleportation? That too without anyone teaching him anything and only watching Azaroth teleport him once.

At that time, he did get the coordinates wrong on the first try, getting all four of them teleported to where the phoenix was sitting, worried about her descendants.

"Um, I apologize for the intrusion; I will be on my way."

This was all he said in that awkward situation where he could feel Ann and Noctura's shocked yet confused gaze on himself; his words were the only consolation he could offer for the shock the phoenix must have felt—she almost had a heart attack.

*Woosh*

Then next try he did, with Ann, Alice, and Noctura, he appeared right where he wanted to—the throne room of the imperial castle of the demon empire, leaving the phoenix stunned as she realized that Alex had space affinity as well.

Selina's attention, however, shifted to the words he had spoken before, causing her eyes to squint before she teleported out of the castle, appearing up in the sky.

*Woosh*

'Oh?'

She raised a brow as she saw two new women, along with Luna, standing right where Alex teleported.

'Who might they be...?'

She wondered, but she soon found out her answer as she saw both Alice and Ann moving close to Alex and giving him a deep kiss one by one.

"We agree." X2

She couldn't completely make out what they said, but now she knew who they were to Alex.

'My, my, looks like the demon lord is not against having multiple partners…'

Strange thoughts started appearing in her head, but her face scrunched up as the moment the thoughts of being together in the group of four she could see below her appeared in her mind, her stomach churned with disgust.

'No again...'

She gritted her teeth before she teleported away from the spot, moving to be alone for a while again, as that seemed to be the only thing capable of calming whatever this was.

*Woosh*

With a simple wave of her arm, she was gone from there, and Alex, who felt the change within her before she disappeared, raised a brow before he waved it off.

He was aware of her presence the moment she teleported above them, but his focus was now on the three women who stood in front of him.

Two of them didn't have much change in their expressions, but the third one, Luna, had her head held down with a furious blush on her face, causing Alex to raise a brow.

Wondering whether it was the same Luna who would tease him with her breasts when she used to sit on his lap during the listenings he had in the throne room.

[Even the fiercest woman becomes timid during some occasions, you know.]

Sophia, who knew exactly what Alex was thinking, commented in his head, causing him to raise a brow.

He wasn't a woman like Sophia, or he wouldn't have to think hard about what Sophia meant, but he didn't have to do that for long, as both Alice and Ann started to walk into the castle, leaving Alex and Luna alone in the area, causing Alex to raise a brow.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

"Where are you guys going?"

He asked with a confused look.

They accepted Luna, which meant Luna was now his woman, and this called for a celebration, which should be celebrated along with them.

"Inside, duh."

Alice, who seemed irritated for some reason, muttered before she hmphed and walked ahead, causing Alex to raise his brow again, and Ann, who saw his expression, just shook her head and followed Alice.

*Whistle*

But before entering the gate of the imperial castle, she whistled, and the next second, from the forest close to the castle, a black shadow shot toward her, zooming past Alex and Luna.

It was Noctura, and she was told by Ann to wait for them until she gave her the signal, so as soon as she got the signal, the pup rushed toward Ann.

Alex, on the other hand, finally had something click in his mind.

The timid behavior of Luna, the bit salty attitude of Alice, and the way Ann looked at her sat right into place for just one thing.

[Here I was thinking that you grew dumb...]

His thoughts were just confirmed by the dry remark from Sophia.

Luna was still not his woman completely; there was one thing still left to do—claiming her as his.

'I guess I will have to make it up to Alice later.'

He finally understood why Alice was behaving like that.

She must've wanted to spend time with him as well, as Alex knew no matter how annoyed she seemed to be, she loved him just like he did.

But she suppressed her desire to let Luna have the time she deserved.

His gaze lingered on both Alice and Ann's backs for a while before he turned toward Luna, whose body jerked a bit as she heard Alex moving closer to her.

It was finally time for her to get what she always wanted—she could finally be one with Alex.

Yes, she had to sacrifice some things in exchange for that, but those things were nothing major when compared to her being close to Alex.

As for the things she had sacrificed, she knew that Ann and Alice weren't serious about those things; they were just trying to make themselves believe that they had the upper hand and that they didn't let her join them without taking something from her.

But even if they did mean those conditions, she didn't see any problem with it as they were now family.

The matter of concern, however, was the nervousness she felt right now.

It was the day she waited so much for and dreamed about every day, yet she couldn't do whatever she had always wanted to do whenever she thought about this moment.

She had imagined herself walking up to Alex and kissing him hard before going wild for the whole night.

She thought of how she would try to win him over with her skills—which were all just theoretical.

But, right now, when she needed them the most, none of them came to her mind.

"Just relax and follow my lead."

The next second, however, as if knowing completely well how she felt, Alex's gentle words made their way to her ears, and along with them came a soothing scent relaxing her body.

"Eeep!"

As she was getting emersed in the calming sensation, she suddenly found herself being lifted off the ground, causing a surprised yelp to leave her lips before she found herself staring into the haunting red eyes of Alex, which seemed to hold galaxies within.

The moment she saw those eyes, she knew that the day was going to be longer than she expected it to be.

This caused her to clutch his shirt, pushing her body closer to him before she moved her lips closer to him, at which he just smiled before he did the same, marking the start of their long day.
