Chapter 326 Choice
Seeing this, the smile on Fire Spark's face froze instantly.
"And you, why are you back again?" Blaze Regret said with mock annoyance, glancing at Walker Adam, who was standing beside Walker Sin.
"Brother Blaze, I did as you instructed and got the Walker family to evacuate quickly. Sure enough, that scoundrel Silver Lucas caused us trouble as soon as he emerged from the Black Abyss," Walker Adam said with a sheepish grin.
Not long ago, when he heard of Silver Lucas's death, Walker Adam found it hard to believe. It wasn't until he saw the ruins with his own eyes that he could finally accept the fact.
The oppressive mountain that was the Blood Seal Gate had finally collapsed!
"This can't be true!" Fire Spark's face turned pale. How did the Walker family know this young man? He suddenly felt like he'd lifted a rock only to drop it on his own foot.
Experience tales with empire
"Fire Spark, you dare provoke anyone, haven't you lived long enough?" Walker Sin sneered, waving his hand as a battered cross blade shot into the ground in front of Fire Spark's feet.
Staring at the cracked cross blade, Fire Spark's heart surged with turmoil as he recalled Blaze Regret's previous bold statements.
The Stun family and the Blood Seal Gate were finished...
"Brother Blaze, why go to so much trouble? Why not just kill him?" Walker Adam pointed at Fire Spark, causing cold sweat to instantly form on Fire Spark's forehead.
Hearing this, Blaze Regret merely smiled, while Patel Rong and Jack Mana rapidly turned over thoughts in their minds.
They weren't naive enough to think Blaze Regret invited them merely to watch Fire Spark make a fool of himself. Clearly, Blaze Regret was using this opportunity to give them a warning.
"Young friend Blaze Regret, from now on, the Patel family will take care of the Blaze Family's business in Bloodstone Pass. The Blaze Family's matters are my matters," Patel Rong said, clasping his hands solemnly.
"From now on, if anyone dares to touch the Blaze Family in Bloodstone Pass, I'll be the first to oppose it," Jack Mana quickly added. As an eighth level spirit Imperial master, he had the confidence to make such a statement.
Hearing this, Blaze Regret smiled faintly, knowing that half of his goal to intimidate the two families was accomplished.
"However, that's still far from enough."
Turning his gaze to Fire Spark, a subtle smile curved at the corner of Blaze Regret's lips.
Under the scrutiny of many hostile gazes, Fire Spark involuntarily shivered. Not to mention Patel Rong and Jack Mana, even Blaze Wahab from the Blaze family was beyond his ability to contend with. Any one of these people could easily overwhelm him.
"Blaze Regret, my young friend, allow me to handle this person for you," Patel Rong said with a faint smile. The fiery red striped eagle, blazing with intense flames, swooped down with a whoosh, its icy cold eyes fixed intently on Fire Spark's Blazing Flame Flood Dragon.
"Heh, a fire attribute spirit beast. My Ice Arrow Spirit might not fear it," Jack Mana remarked, waving his hand as delicate snowflakes drifted upwards, revealing the graceful figure of the Ice Arrow Spirit.
Watching the two eighth tier Imperial grade spirit beasts, many people silently mourned for Fire Spark. Neither the red striped eagle nor the Ice Arrow Spirit were simple opponents.
Fire Spark was doomed!
His chest heaving rapidly, Fire Spark's legs felt weak. Regret surged in his heart. If he had known it would come to this, why did he bother with the lives of the Qong brothers?
"Master Fire, perhaps I can offer you two choices," Blaze Regret said with a smile.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
"What choices?" Fire Spark trembled inside, but still held a sliver of hope that Blaze Regret might spare him.
"First, I kill you. Second, I cripple you," Blaze Regret replied with a smile that concealed a sharp edge. Fire Spark had injured Blaze Adam so severely; there was no reason to let him off.
"You're playing with me!"
Hope shattered in his heart, Fire Spark erupted in a fit of rage. "You're just bullying me with your power. Without these helpers, you wouldn't even be qualified to lick my shoes. In the end, you're just a petty man who got lucky!"
"Courting death!"
Hearing Fire Spark insult Blaze Regret so brazenly, Blaze Wahab's face turned slightly cold. Beside him, the ferocious toothed shark opened its massive mouth, quickly brewing a crystalline energy water column within.
"Grand Elder, leave it to me," Blaze Regret said with a nod and smile to Blaze Wahab. Seeing this, the latter snorted coldly, causing the shark to close its mouth.
"Hit a sore spot, didn't I? Does it feel good to rely on others' power? If you've got the guts, have them all attack me at once," Fire Spark taunted sarcastically, as if certain that Blaze Regret would fall for his provocation.
"What do you want then?" Blaze Regret asked, arms crossed, smiling calmly at Fire Spark.
"We go one on one. If you lose, you let me go!" Fire Spark's cheeks quivered slightly, a hint of delight flashing in his eyes, as if he had seized his last lifeline.
"Don't you think that's rather foolish? You're in my hands now. Whether I kill or spare you is up to me, so what right do you have to make demands?" Blaze Regret's indifferent tone carried a hint of mockery.
"Heh, aren't you just all talk? People with no real ability always make excuses," Fire Spark continued to taunt, hoping to provoke Blaze Regret into a fight and thus secure his survival. At worst, he could leave Bloodstone Pass later.
"Are you sure?"
Blaze Regret smirked slightly, spreading his hand open. Four spirit portals of different colors rapidly formed in the air, looking quite magnificent.
"A Four Source Spirit Imperial Master!"
The crowd, as if seeing a ghost, was filled with astonishment. Were they dreaming? This young man was actually a Four Source Spirit Imperial Master!
What do you think?
