Li Xiaofei calmly placed his nameplate on the now-empty spot. People were left speechless.

Can someone really do that? Just move their own nameplate to the front row like that?

With that, there was a sudden scramble as everyone else in the front row bolted. They all thought Li Xiaofei must have gone mad. Was he trying to burn all his bridges by causing such a scene at a city government meeting and disregarding all consequences.
