Chapter 333 Ancestor of the Iron Fist
Soon, just as they were watching, the city lord appeared on the stage and started to give a short speech to the younger generation, but primarily to his own faction.
As for the other factions, although he didn't show any dissatisfaction, he was inevitably hostile to them.
The resources were finite, and the human desires were unlimited. To grow even further, they needed to destroy the three factions.
The other three faction leaders: Iron Fist, Tomahawk, and the Blood faction all came to the stage, giving a short speech after the city lord.
Although they were all smiles on the surface, those who could step on countless times to reach the tier four wizard realm were not simple characters.
If someone underestimated them, they wouldn't even know how they died.
Just like that old cunning bastard Hanma when he faced off against Noah, the poisoning actually was detoxicated by him, but that Lord Sky took action and completely captured him.
He himself was a tier three peak wizard. In front of a tier four wizard or higher, he was completely helpless.
But still, he was able to leave a soul projection and even plot to such an extent. Even the inheritance cave left was his backhand, and there definitely was a trap there in the third area.
Aur, that's why, had abandoned the inheritance cave and completely escaped.
Although he was quite curious how the darkness covered the entire area that even when burning the Hope bug, it barely provided light, but he didn't dare to go there.
What is the guarantee that the guy called Lord Sky survived the explosion? If he did survive even that heaven destruction explosion, then he was definitely not a tier four individual.
There was also no guarantee that he was just a tier four wizard, and what secrets he hid as the escapee of the Divine Human sect, the subforce of one of the strongest kingdoms in the world: Divine Human Kingdom.
There was no way that such a person was simple.
Aur was the firm believer of what you think will go wrong, will go wrong, like playing a chess game.
Thinking of these things, his attention went again to the stage.
At this time, the leader of the three forces had already withdrawn, and the younger generation were greeting each other with a smile on their face.
And with the signal from the city lord, the competition began.
Aur showed an interested look at first, however, soon he grew bored of it, and his eyes darted to the trembling woman Tina here.
The fights here were among the tier one wizards, which were particularly non-destructive.
Although they had some fancy tricks which made people feel dazzled, they were nothing more than tricks with quite less destructive power.
Suddenly Aur's attention went to Tina who was looking at the tournament with longing.
"Do you want to participate in the tournament?" he asked with an indescribable expression.
Tina was stunned when she heard this. She almost wanted to blurt out "yes" almost in an instinct, however, she knew her position, making her become entirely silent with her head down.
"You don't have to be afraid, you can join the competition," Aur chuckled.
Tina's eyes immediately lit up when she heard this, "really?"
"I won't say it again. As for what to say when you walk out…" a smile appeared on his face.
"Yes, master." Tina shuddered just looking at those deep crimson eyes.
With that said, she walked out of the place with an uncertain face, while occasionally turning back with some trepidation, however, even after a long time, there was no one.
"He really let me go?"
Tina's face was filled with uncertainty as she slowly walked towards the stage.
"Tina, you are here?"
Just as she was about to reach the stage, she heard an old voice which made her pause involuntarily with joy on her face.
"Grandpa." Tina excitedly said while running towards the old man who appeared in front of her.
She imagined her grandfather would greet her with a concerned look, after all, he has spoiled her her entire life, but when she reached him, all she was met with was a cold face with no affection and worry.
"Eh." Tina wanted to give her grandfather a hug, but now she hesitated as if he was not her grandfather at all.
"Where is the young miss?" the grandfather said in an extremely condensing voice.
Tina gulped her saliva, almost crying on the spot, but she was already an adult now. Gathering her courage, she pointed towards the both where Aur and Rowena were located.
"Good, did you run away?" the grandpa's eyes flashed with a murderous intention.
She shook her head, "I feel like he would kill me if I replied with a yes." Her heart felt an unbearable sadness for some reason.
"Then why did you go away from the young miss? Do you know her background? If she takes you in as her servant, then you must follow her to the end. This is your fortune."
Tina's eyes were red from grief. The more she looked at the old man who was her grandpa to her, the more she grew distant to him.
An invisible wedge seemed to have appeared in her heart.
"It's because she said that I could also participate in the tournament," Tina said lightly.
"You," the grandpa looked at her sternly, "she is the only daughter of the grand duke of the kingdom, so you must serve her carefully from now on. As for other things, you should forget about it."
He waved his hand, and instantly, Tina floated from the ground.
"What are you doing?" Tina nervously said.
"I am going to take you back to the young miss and apologize. I have spoiled you since young, and you must have insisted on doing so."
While talking, the grandpa with Tina arrived outside the door, lightly knocking it.
"Who is it?" a deep voice sounded.
The grandpa was stunned for a second, however, he replied with a fawning smile on his face.
"Is this the chamber of the young miss?"
